Born in Casablanca into a modest working-class family, Bouchaib has started his career at the age of twenty-one as a hotelier after graduating from the Moroccan Institute of Tourism & Hospitality. Turned out, he was more passionate by the neighboring industry: Tourism. For the next 20 years, he has designed Travel & Events being part of one of the first & biggest DMCs in Morocco and making miracles to whoever would work with him. As he made his clients’ dreams come true, he became intrigued to launch his own Destination Management Company. And in 2007, he realized his dream and founded ACCESS Holidays & Events and today, it is considered as one of Morocco’s leading DMCs. In short, Bouchaib loves the challenge of designing experiences in unique and revolutionary ways that are made to inspire. Outside of work, this self-made man is equally obsessed with sports cars, swiss watches and Eric Clapton.

Born in New York City and raised in Casablanca, Adam knew he would work in the Tourism industry since he was 12. His passion has led him at the age of 18 to leave Morocco and join one of the finest Hospitality Universities in the world, Glion Institute of Higher Education. Before following the path of his father, Adam has worked at the prestigious Parisian palace The Shangri-La and the New Yorker experiential marketing agency BMF. And in 2021, he decided to join ACCESS Holidays & Events with one vision: revolutionizing the tourism industry in Morocco by designing authentic, unique and lasting experiences that can transcend moments in time. “Idea Man”, that is how his colleagues call him, constantly brings new concepts that defy the industry norms. Fun fact, Adam is a one-man band that can sing, play guitar, piano, bass and drums! He is also a Beatlemaniac (but that’s a secret).

Since his young age, Addi has been a dreamer aiming to discover the world. Once he has graduated from High School, his dream has led him to join the Higher International Institute of Tourism of Tangier. For the next years, he has worked as a Travel & Events designer in a few Moroccan DMCs, making his dream come true. And in 2007, he has been one of the first experts to join ACCESS Holidays & Events. In a few words, Addi strongly believes that tourism is a way to make people happy and as he says “Tourism is like the sun that lands on the dunes in the middle of the desert. It is a poem. It is my passion”. Beside Tourism, Addi loves French literature and Italian Cuisine

You will be surprised to know that young Othman was dreaming to become a policeman fighting for justice, sipping his morning coffee and enjoying his donuts before arresting the bad guys. Few years after, turned out Othy was in a need of working in a more captivating industry: Tourism! His passion has led him to leave his hometown & join the Higher International Institute of Tourism of Tangier. And in 2018, he has joined ACCESS Holidays & Events with a strong will of satisfying our clients and making them discover Morocco differently. He is widely satisfied when he hears our clients say “Othy! It was one of my best trips”, in a way, these words are the essence of his motivation and passion. At the office, he is always looking to help and support his colleagues, his motto’s “empathy makes the world a better place”. Outside of work, Othman loves trying new recipes, playing tennis and re-running the TV Show The Office.

Since her young age, Fatima Zahra has always been passionate about discovering the world and making people happy. This is what pushed her to join the Training and Development Institute of Tourism & Hospitality in Casablanca. And after years of working in the HYATT Regency of Casablanca and Carlson Wagonlit Travel, FZ joined ACCESS Holidays & Events in 2014 with one vision: designing authentic, unique and lasting experiences that can transcend moments in time. Fun fact, young FZ thought of becoming a worldwide renowned Make Up Artist.
